Made entirely in Italy, this revolutionary new BioCeramix® 28cm high fry pan has a unique non-stick cooking surface that is composed of five layers of reinforced ceramic which provides a safe, non-stick alternative to Teflon.
It doesn’t contain PFTE nor is it manufactured with perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).
The professional grade, smooth, non-permeable pearl white non-stick interior always keeps its colour and is guaranteed to provide long-lasting non-stick performance – without the need for added butter, fats or oils.
It heats quickly and evenly without hotspots, and its ultra deep sides make this one of the most versatile pans we’ve seen. Use it as a fry pan for scrambled eggs, or sauté pan for sautéed vegetables; sear meat, fish or poultry and enjoy a healthy stir-fry or seafood pasta dish, all sans oil! Heavy-duty ergonomic Bakelite handles are heat resistant up to 200ºC.
The exterior non-stick coating is also a doddle to clean and is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs.
