How to Order
Finding items
If you know exactly what you would like to buy, the simplest way
to find it is to type its name into the search box (found in the
top left of every page of our site).
If you're looking for a particular type of
item, but haven't chosen anything specific, you can search using
a general name such as "clock" or "table".
Alternatively, you can make your way around
the site using the various links until you find what you are looking
for, or simply browse until something catches your eye.
To find out more about a product, click on
the image of the product or on the "More Info" button. You'll then
be taken to that product's page, which shows you an image of the
item, more information about the item, an "Add to Basket" button
to add the item to your Basket, and sometimes links to other related
products. You can also enlarge the image by clicking on "View larger
image".
Adding items to your
Basket
When you click on "Add to Basket", the item is added to your Basket
(found at the top right-hand corner of your screen). This is a place
to store anything you intend to buy. You can remove items from your
Basket at any time if you change your mind.
- Simply click on "View Basket" to view the
contents of your basket - "View Basket" is at the top right of
your screen.
- You can change the quantity of any item
by entering the new quantity and clicking on "Update".
- To remove an item, you can either click
"Remove" or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update". Always
remember to click "Update" after changing a quantity.
When you're
ready to buy, click "Proceed to checkout" to begin filling out the
order form.
Completing the order form
- On the first page, fill out your name, email
and address details. Remember that all fields with a red asterisk
are mandatory.
- You only need to fill in your house number
and postcode. To save you time, we complete the rest of your address
from these details and you will have the opportunity to check
and amend them on the following page.
- When you're ready, click "Continue".
- On the next page of the checkout, ensure
that the address details shown are correct.
- The 'Contact' address must be the same as
the address the credit card bill is sent to.
- If you require the goods to be sent to an
alternative delivery address, or if there is an error in the 'Contact'
address, click the appropriate "Change the Address" button, fill
out the form, and click submit.
- Select "Continue" when you are happy with
the order details shown.
The next and final page of the checkout is where you fill in your payment information. We accept the following cards:

Fill out your payment details and click "Complete Order" to complete
your order.
You are given an order summary showing your
order number. Please make a note of this in case you need to refer
to it at a later date. Print out a copy of this as your receipt.
Once your payment has been processed you will
be sent an email acknowledging confirmation of your order.
If you require any further information, please call us on 020 7293 2220 or email us at cusomerservices@trinitymirror.com.

FAQs
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver anywhere on the UK mainland.
What happens after I
place my order?
You will receive an email from the supplier of your goods. You will
receive one email per supplier (for example if you order 2 products
from one supplier and 1 product from another supplier, you will
receive 2 emails).
Will all the goods I
order arrive at the same time?
Your goods may arrive at different times due to being dispatched under separate cover. Check the printout of your order confirmation or your confirmation email to determine the supplier of your goods and when those goods will be delivered.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery details of your goods will be outlined in your confirmation
email and vary by supplier. However, all goods will be delivered
no later than 28 days.
Do you allow delivery
to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address to your own address.
For example you may want your goods delivered to your work address
or as a gift for someone else.
Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is completely secure. To ensure the security of your
transaction, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means
that any page where you enter personal information such as credit
card details, the information is encrypted to safeguard your details.
Encryption also prevents other Internet users from accessing this
information. We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.
If I pay by credit or
debit card, when will my card be charged?
All payments by debit or credit card are taken on dispatch of the product. You will see "Trinity Shop Order - [name of your supplier]" on your credit card statement.
How do I return my goods?
You can return your goods to the supplier for a refund as long as
the goods are unused and unworn and are not perishable or personalised.
It is not possible to return plants. Each supplier has a different
returns policy that is outlined in your confirmation email and in
the pack when you receive your goods. We recommend you use a recorded
delivery service to ensure the safe delivery of returned goods.
What do I do if my goods
are damaged or faulty?
You should contact the supplier of your goods in the first instance. Their contact details are found on your confirmation email. Should you not be able to make contact with the relevant supplier or do not obtain the assistance you require, you can also contact Trinity Shop at customerservices@trinitymirror.com or call 020 7293 2220.

Cookie Policy
Like most websites, this one uses cookies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by your browser. They’re used for many things, such as remembering whether you’ve visited the site before, so that you remain logged in - or to help us work out how many new website visitors we get each month. They contain information about the use of your computer but don’t include personal information about you (they don’t store your name, for instance).
This policy explains how cookies are used on Trinity Mirror websites in general – and, below, how you can control the cookies that may be used on this site (not all of them are used on every site).
About this Cookie policy This Cookie Policy applies to all of our websites and our mobile applications (“the Website”).
In this Cookie Policy, when we refer to any of our Websites, we mean any website or mobile application operated by or on behalf of Trinity Mirror plc or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Trinity Mirror"), regardless of how you access the network. This Cookie Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Website Terms and Conditions [link to relevant page for each site].
By accessing the Website, you agree that this Cookie Policy will apply whenever you access the Website on any device.
Any changes to this policy will be posted here. We reserve the right to vary this Cookie Policy from time to time and such changes shall become effective as soon as they are posted. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such changes.
Our use of cookies We may collect information automatically when you visit the Website, using cookies.
The cookies allow us to identify your computer and find out details about your last visit.
You can choose, below, not to allow cookies. If you do, we can’t guarantee that your experience with the Website will be as good as if you do allow cookies.
The information collected by cookies does not personally identify you; it includes general information about your computer settings, your connection to the Internet e.g. operating system and platform, IP address, your browsing patterns and timings of browsing on the Website and your location.
Most internet browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change the settings of your browser to erase cookies or prevent automatic acceptance if you prefer.
These links explain how you can control cookies via your browser – remember that if you turn off cookies in your browser then these settings apply to all websites not just this one:
Types of cookie that may be used during your visit to the Website:
The following types of cookie are used on this site. We don’t list every single cookie used by name – but for each type of cookie we tell you how you can control its use.
1. Personalisation cookies These cookies are used to recognise repeat visitors to the Website and in conjunction with other information we hold to attempt to record specific browsing information (that is, about the way you arrive at the Website, pages you view, options you select, information you enter and the path you take through the Website). These are used to recommend content we think you'll be interested in based on what you're looked at before.
This site, however, does not use personalisation and so these cookies are not used.
2. Analytics cookies These monitor how visitors move around the Website and how they reached it. This is used so that we can see total (not individual) figures on which types of content users enjoy most, for instance.
You can opt out of these if you want:
3. Third-party service cookies Social sharing, video and other services we offer are run by other companies. These companies may drop cookies on your computer when you use them on our site or if you are already logged in to them.
Here is a list of places where you can find out more about specific services that we may use and their use of cookies:
- Facebook’s data use policy; http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/your-info-on-other
- AddThis (the service that runs some of our social sharing buttons): http://www.addthis.com/privacy#.T6j--usS0bw
- Twitter’s privacy policy; https://twitter.com/privacy
- Storify’s (a service that is sometimes used to embed a series of tweets) terms of service: http://storify.com/tos
- Brighcove video player’s cookie policy; http://support.brightcove.com/en/docs/video-cloud-player-cookies
- YouTube video player cookie policy: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/faq/#toc-cookies (Google’s standard terms).
- Readers offers: Myoffers (reader offers): http://www.myoffers.co.uk/privacy_statement.aspx
- Tynt (adds a URL when you copy and paste) opt-out page: http://www.tynt.com/tynt-users-opt-out#axzz1uwhK3VWx
4. Our own ad serving and management cookies We sell space on some of our websites to advertisers – they pay for the content you enjoy for free.
As part of this, we use several services to help us and advertisers understand what adverts you might be interested in. These cookies hold information about the computer – they don’t hold personal information about you (ie it’s not linked to you as an individual). But they might hold a record of what other websites you’ve looked at – so we could show you a car advert if you’ve previously visited a motoring website.
These are the services we use and how you can control those cookies. Please note that turning off advertising cookies won’t mean that you are not served any advertising merely that it will not be tailored to your interests.
5. Other ad management cookies Advertisements on the Website are provided by other organisations. Our advertising partners will serve advertisements that they believe are most likely to be of interest to you, based on information about your visit to the Website and other websites. In order to do this, our advertising partner may need to place a cookie on your computer. These cookies hold information about the computer – they don’t hold personal information about you (ie it’s not linked to you as an individual).
For more information about this type of online behavioural advertising, about cookies, and about how to turn this feature off, please visit http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/
Please note that turning off advertising cookies won’t mean that you are not served any advertising merely that it will not be tailored to your interests.
6. Site management cookies These are used to maintain your identity or session on the Website. For instance, where our websites run on more than one server, we use a cookie to ensure that you are sent information by one specific server (otherwise you may log in or out unexpectedly). We may use similar cookies when you vote in opinion polls to ensure that you can only vote once, and to ensure that you can use our commenting functionality when not logged in (to ensure you don’t see comments you’ve reported as abusive, for instance, or don’t vote comments up/down more than once).
These cookies cannot be turned off individually but you could change your browser setting to refuse all cookies ( see above) if you do not wish to accept them.

Our Status
